People buy from people who they know, like and trust.
They know, and recognise you by the way you represent yourself. Be that online, with your products or services and/or in person.
First impressions do count and people make judgements really quickly.
If you want them to buy from you, they have to like what you do.
Your branding helps them decide whether they like you or not. Do they like your style & personality – does it fit with their values and ethos?
Then it’s the trust thing.
Trust is vital. They know what you do, they’ve decided they like it, they’ve got to be able to trust that you’re going to deliver.
Professionalism, personality and trust.
Get that right and you are on to a winner
